Booking fee

A 50% non refundable booking fee is required in order to secure your treatment slot.

Lateness, cancellation and rescheduling and no shows.

If you are running late, please send a text or call ASAP. If you are running more than 15 minutes late your treatment may be canceled will be considered a no show.

If you needed to reschedule your booking please do so no later that 48 hours prior you appointment. You can reschedule online.

Consultation

Online consultation form must be completed before attending your treatment. This will be sent to you via email or it will be on your booking confirmation.

Medical conditions

If you have a medical condition it is advised that you speak to your doctor to ensure that you can proceed with the treatment.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with the treatment I will be unable to issue a refund due to time spent and product use during the treatment.
